We publish this site to describe our programs and to make it easy to reach us, volunteer, partner, or give. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we may update or change any part of it at any time.
Nothing here is medical advice
Information on this site about cancer, screening, or health is general and educational. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional who knows your situation. Always talk to a qualified provider about your own health, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.
The Foundation does not provide medical services. Where our programs help someone reach screening, that screening is performed by licensed providers who are independently responsible for the care they deliver.
Nothing here is legal or financial advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Statements about the deductibility of contributions are general. Please consult your own advisor about your circumstances.
This site is not for emergencies
Our forms and email addresses are not monitored around the clock. Do not use them to report an emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. If you are in emotional distress or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Contacting us does not create a relationship
Submitting a form or writing to us does not by itself make you a participant in a program, a volunteer, or a partner, and it does not obligate the Foundation to provide any service. Participation in our programs is arranged directly with us.
What you send us
Please do not send us confidential medical information through this site. Anything you do send, we handle according to our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit anything unlawful, threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Our content
The text, images, and design on this site, and the Pamela S. Bell Foundation name and logo, belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. You are welcome to share and link to our pages. Please ask before reproducing our materials commercially or using our name or logo, by writing to info@pamelasbellfoundation.org.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other organizations, including our donation platform and community resources. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty and limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from them shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.
